Gabby Cleveland is a Lacrosse player from Boone, N.C. She was born to Laura and Billy Cleveland on March 5, 2003. Her father was a golf player and played college golf at the University of North Alabama. Gabby’s twin sister, Isabella, is a member of the Oregon lacrosse team.
In high school at Myers Park, she played for coach Catherine LeBlanc and coach Kristy Boyles on the Queen City Stars Black club team. She got into Oregon after graduating high school in December 2020 and practiced with the women’s Lacrosse Team during the 2021 season. She made 44 goals and picked up 86 draw controls as a sophomore in 2019 and earned First Team All-Conference honors that year. She was also named to the Under Armor 150. Gabby represented North Carolina on the state all-star team in 2018-19 and became a member of the National Honor Society.
As a freshman in Oregon in 2022, she played in 18 games with 12 starts, scored seven goals, and made one assist. She was ranked second on the team and tied for 13th nationally among freshmen with 42 draw controls. Gabby scored her first two career goals at California on March 25.
