Refund policy
- Once the deposit is successful then no refunds are allowed.
- In certain exceptional circumstances, LootMogul may at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to the user after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of service.
- Refunds of the participation fees will be paid to the users if the contest is void due to not minimum number of participants were not present.
Cancellation Policy
- A transaction once confirmed is final and then no cancellation is permissible.
- A contest stands void if the minimum number of participants have not joined.
- A player can cancel the withdrawal request only if the same is not processed.
